CURRENT OPEN POSITIONS
Office Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with remote bookkeeper to help process payroll & pay bills
- Work with CPA to plan for tax preparation
- Manage, process and file client and vendor invoices
- Human Resources management (i.e. process job applicants, administer new hire orientation activities, assist in benefit enrollment, timekeeping system set up, and termination processing)
- Maintain Workman’s Comp and other Insurance policies, Business Licensing, etc.
- Maintain current project & office files
- Assist in arranging for and receiving services related office equipment, telecommunications needs, and building maintenance services
- Preparation of marketing materials
- General Office administration (i.e. ordering office supplies, monitoring & organizing office inventory, filing, etc.)
- Answer phone in a professional manner, route calls to appropriate staff, take and distribute messages
- Collect and distribute all incoming mail and courier items
- Help maintain product & material library
- Assist design staff with in any miscellaneous duties, projects and activities as required
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 Years of office management experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)
- Knowledge of QuickBooks (desktop & online)
- Ability to multi-task
- Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

BIM/CAD Designer
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Document existing building and site conditions through field measurements, sketches and photographs.
- Depending on the size & scope of the project you will work on various phases of design through construction administration.
- Produce complete sets of construction documents.
- Prepare renderings and color boards as needed to illustrate design ideas and concepts for presentation to clients and for jurisdictional design review applications.
- Perform product research for finishes, materials, lighting, plumbing fixtures.
- Effectively coordinate and communicate with consultants and design team members.
- Meet project schedules on time & within budget
- Maintain BIM/CAD library & office standards
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
- Must be proficient in Revit & AutoCAD with excellent modeling & documentation skills. Rendering skills in Revit a plus
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.), Adobe Acrobat & Photoshop
- Able to work effectively both independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Must be familiar with CBC and ADA.
- Familiar with a variety of standard building materials and related construction techniques
- Possess excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Exhibit customer service attitude with professional, team-player disposition
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in commercial and residential design.
- Portfolio of work that demonstrates excellence in construction documentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree (in Architecture or a related field) preferred.
- Current ARE candidate preferred
Project Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for all aspects of development & execution of projects including site surveys, entitlements, zoning & code research, due diligence reports, design & production through all phases (SD, DD, CD & CA).
- Coordinate with client, outside consultants, AHJ, product manufacturers, agencies & in-house staff as necessary for successful project completion
- Monitor & maintain project schedules & consistently meet deadlines
- Respond to RFIs & review submittals during construction administration
- Select & specify colors, materials & finishes
- Monitor project scope & take appropriate action when additional services are required
- Maintain complete & accurate project files
- Adhere to client prototype standards when applicable
- Provide project status updates at regular staff meetings
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
- Must be proficient in Revit & AutoCAD with excellent modeling & documentation skills. Experience with Rendering in Revit and knowledge of Photoshop is helpful.
